Processing Time

During busy periods, drops, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

International

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or customs.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Wrong Address / Missing Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
