Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind BP gear and want you to be 100% happy with your order.

Return Window

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With original tags (if applicable)

Free from stains, smells, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Underwear

Socks

Any items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can exchange your item (subject to stock availability).

We recommend contacting us ASAP so we can secure your size.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified by email

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty / Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, email us within 7 days with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue
