How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days
(plus 1–3 business days processing time)
Do you restock sold out items?
BP operates with limited drops, meaning once an item sells out it may not return.
If it does return, it will be as part of a future drop.
What size should I get?
Each product page includes a Size Guide.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up (especially in tees/hoodies).
Still unsure? Email us and we’ll help you pick the correct size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Photos of the issue
